Seattle Sounders FC to Announce Kasey Keller Signing Tomorrow

Kasey Keller has already been scarved by ECS!

Seattle Sounders FC has been making quite an impression on the American soccer landscape since their inception.  The latest “rumor,” which was confirmed as true to the Seattle P-I sometime yesterday, is that US National Team keeper Kasey Keller will be returning home with Sounders FC!

The Emerald City Supporters are excited to welcome Kasey Keller to the Seattle MLS squad. His years of experience and time spent in Europe and on the national team will be a wonderful addition to the Seattle soccer scene. It is our hope that Kasey’s time spent impersonating a brickwall will set Seattle Sounders FC on a winning course. Welcome home, Kasey!

If you’re looking for something to do tomorrow, head down to Qwest Field for the official announcement which will begin at 2PM PT.  The club is asking folks to park in the north lot (there’s also two-hour street parking) and enter through the stadium’s north gates.  Also, if you bring any youth with you be sure they’re wearing their team’s uniform as there will be an informal clinic led by Sounders FC staff.
