So it’s been a tough couple of games for Sounders FC. Our attack seems to be squandering chances and our defense is keeping us in games. However, are we discouraged? Hell no! We’d much rather have three points than zero, ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.

Still, it’s true that dry spells test a supporter’s mettle. It’s tough to keep your head up and keep the enthusiasm in the light of adversity. However, look at our brothers overseas for inspiration. Cambridge United got to the playoff final two years running, only to twice be the bridesmaid, and their supporters are still fucking mental!

Keep your head up, make it through the week and we’ll continue to look for three points at the weekend. This weekend we’re heading back to Schultzy’s on the AVE for another all-ages party. Kickoff is at 18:30 PT and people should be arriving there starting around 16:00. Be loud, show your pride and let’s get three points! It’s guaranteed to be a cagey affair with Colorado having scored one less goal (11) and conceded three more (9) than Sounders FC.
