Movin’ On Up, Fucking Mental at Home

Sound Wave is moving to Hawk’s Nest in an effort to generate all-encompassing atmosphere at Qwest. Also, Please leave the “Let’s Go Fucking Mental” scarfs at home!

First, the request: please leave the “Let’s Go Fucking Mental” scarfs at home from now on. The Front Office is being graceful this weekend and will hold the scarfs for any supporter that brings it in Lost and Found. For any ECS member that needs a new ECS scarf – we should have them by Sunday and they will be available for purchase for $10. Remember, the “Mental” scarfs violate the terms of conduct so we have no ground to fight for them.

Secondly, we have decided that we will march to the match with other supporters, behind the band, as a show of solidarity Sounders Unity! March to the match will continue to meet up at 90 minutes and will now leave at 83 minutes to kickoff. Every match, on time.

Lastly, the front office has decided to move Sound Wave to the King Street End to create an all-encompassing atmosphere. We’ve helped to create the best home atmosphere in the US and now management wants to expand it. “We want to further enhance the energy in the north end,” said Bart Wiley, Director of Business Development for Sounders FC. As of Sunday the Sound Wave will be located right below the Hawk’s Nest in a specially created structure.
