253 Defiance

The 253 Defiance is a loud and proud sub group of the ECS representing Sounders supporters in the South Sound area. Started by a handful of friends in 2009, the 253D is growing steadily with members from Federal Way to Lakewood. The 253D concentrate in the Brougham End with our fellow ECS members for home games, away matches we gather at our home pub, the Twisted Kilt in Puyallup. The Twisted Kilt allows and encourages 253 Defiance members to bring their full 90 and we do. 253D treats away matches much the same as home, in full voice.

253 Defiance is open for all ECS members to join, we have a passion unmatched for the Sounders and love to have fun. Any supporter can find us at the Twisted Kilt and you can meet us in the Brougham End when the team is home. Among the 253D traditions is our group photo. We get together for the 253D chant and picture on the concourse above 122 after every match.

253 Defiance has a full line of merchandise available at all matches including scarves, bandannas and patches.
