YVR 1:3 SSFC. Seattle Sounders FC went on the road to take ownership of the Cascadia Cup and the ECS was there to see it happen. Brad Evans delivered on a PK to bring it even in the first half. Fredy Montero conitnued his dominance over our Cascadia rivals by delivering a the go ahead goal in the 63' and adding his second of the match in the 67'. An amazing performance and an amazing trip. SSFC 1:2 RSL. Sounders FC outscored RSL but one of those goals was an own goal which proved too tough to overcome. Fredy Montero buried a cross from Mauro Rosales to bring the Sounders level before the half. SSFC was unable to hold the lead and lost for the first time since July. SSFC 1:0 FC Dallas. Sounders FC defeat FC Dallas for the second time in 10 days, this time prevailing at home in the friendly confines of Starfire Sports Stadium, Tukwila, WA. SSFC 6:2 Crew. Local product Lamar Neagle submitted the paperwork to adopt Columbus GK Hesmer by snagging two first half goals and then marked the adoption "Approved" with his third in the 70'. Mauro Rosales buried a PK in the 16' and Mike Fucito found the back of the net in the 40'. Neagle's hat trick was the second in club history, both have come against the Crew. SSFC 4:1 COM. Harvard man Mike Fucito put in a herculean effort as he tallied two goals and one assist in SSFC’s opening match of the CCL group stage. Fucito set up Brad Evans in the first half to bring it even after the Sounders had given up an early goal. The second half brought about an explosion of Fucito as he set the Brougham End ablaze with two goals in six minutes. Photos by Ray Brassard.

SSFC 0:0 Chivas. Sounders FC put in a solid defensive effort that kept the pressure off of Kasey Keller for most of the match. Alvaro Fernandez was unable to capitalize on a PK early on. He was not alone, Sounders FC was on the attack for most of the match but could not put the finishing touch on a multitude of opportunities. Photos by Melissa Brassard.

SSFC 2:0 SFFC (SSFC advances on aggregate 2:1). Alvaro Fernandez scored late in the first half to pull the Sounders even. It stayed that way through the rest of regulation. It was in overtime that Nate Jaqua shook off the bad voodoo that had him miss a one-on-one with the SFFC keeper Torres and buried the winning goal to propel the Sounders into the group stage of the CCL. SSFC 4:3 cRapids. An early goal from Alvaro Fernandez did not keep Colorado from scoring two and allowed them the luxury of being up at the half. The Sounders battled back with a goal from Roger Levesque to pull even before Fredy Montero scored to snag the lead late in the match. Mauro Rosales capped off the scoring for SSFC and made Folan's goal in stoppage time meaningless for the Rapids. Photos by Melissa Brassard.

SSFC 3:1 LAG. Nate Jaqua's early goal set the tone for a dominant performance by the Sounders at Starfire. Goals by Fredy Montero in the 25' and local product Lamar Neagle in the 73' combined with a solid effort from Boss in goal helped move the Sounders one step closer to the US Open Cup. SSFC 2:2 VAN. Osvaldo Alonso, normally the heartbeat of the Sounders, commits a foul in the box to give away a penalty for Vancouver's first. Rosales and he later score to give Seattle a 2:1 lead.
