"Soccer for All" is more than just about ticket prices. It's also a mentality which firmly believes that soccer needs to be available to people to play, regardless of age, body type, gender, or skill level. ECS Pub League embraces this concept.

The league, currently entering its tenth season, originally started to in 2012 with around 40 people, and has grown into a league of over 120 players spanning two divisions and eight teams. The Championship (Lower) division is designed for beginners and promotes the idea that an adult who has never touched a soccer ball can learn the game in an environment which promotes development, team play, and fun over results. The Premier (Upper) division is designed for players who are ready to take the next step and embrace a more competitive environment but are not quite ready to make the jump to ECS FC's GSSL or indoor teams. The games are played Saturday mornings at the Rainier Boys and Girls Club in the Rainier Valley, and the spring season kicks off on Saturday, April 1 at 11AM.
