To our members and fellow fans:
We are aware of the serious allegations and issues which occurred at our last home match as well as the inconsistencies many of us have experienced at entry gates throughout this season. We, too, are disappointed with the unsatisfactory responses from the front office and stadium.
Our intent is to ensure that all fans are treated fairly and respectfully during the ingress process. Therefore, anyone who experiences an issue should demand the attendance of a supervisor to address the issue, making note of the location and names of parties involved. Any issue can be reported to ECS on our forums.
Most importantly, we encourage everyone to assist wherever they witness anyone - ECS or not - being unfairly treated including using your phone to record the issue so we can provide real examples of incidents.
Collectively, our members have an extraordinary amount of experience entering stadiums throughout North and Central America to support the Sounders. We call upon our members to help those with less experience and to lead by example when interacting with security and stadium staff.
Our goal as always is to support the Sounders. So let’s take care of each other, get through the gates, and push our boys to Victory.
