What is the response time from the shop contact us form?

I sent in a response through the contact form located at the bottom of the store web page last week about a order I received . What is the average response time to receive a response back?

Thank you for any assistance that can be provided.

Not sure, but I have tried to contact them multiple times about an order I made last December and STILL have not received a response!! Hope you have better luck than I have had!

Thanks for the post. Amber offered to help me as well. I emailed that address through the feedback form on the site about 2 weeks ago though.

Hi i emailed this email 5 days ago n again jus now. I placed an order oct 25th and really hoping to receive my order before sunday so i can hang up a flag in the bar i work at. Please let me know what info u need
