Good material/holder for flag/banner

Just joined ECS with my husband. What's the best materials for the flags? I'VE heard pvc pipe is best but would love some ideas...thanks!

If you're referring to flagpoles, yes pvc pipe is easiest and cheapest. Lowes , home depot, etc carry it for cheap. The pipe can be easily cut/sawed to custom length.

I find conduit to be the best since you can cut in half and attach to each other with the ends

1/2" white pvc poles that you can buy at Home Depot. Thats what we use.

well this changes things then, we supply PVC poles for the membership flags that your received in your membership kit, they are located in the camera wells of 121 and 123

I ended up getting the pvc pipe from Lowe's

You might like this flag pole I just made. I like this design since you can adjust the length for different stadium rules. The handle I'm using extends to 60" and shrinks to 34".

I used two 5" cable rings with locks (or similar item) designed to hold keys found at any hardware store, and one Perfex handle (any plastic extendable locking handle will work).

Measure out the flag height and mark the pole in the desired extended positions then drill. Slip the cable rings through the holes and attach to flag. Pre-drill holes along its length for diff rules so the flag can be attached.
