Can I buy a new membership card? Somehow mine was lost and I cannot find it anywhere? Please send details, thx !

Me too! The bottle opener is cool, but it doesn't fit in the wallet!

The question is how does one that loses his membership card/metal bottle opener, get a new one? This is a legitimate question, :lol: Thanks!

We will be ordering some replacement membership cards for people that lose their 2016 metal membership card. The replacements will not be bottle openers though

Who can I talk to about a shipping issue with my membership? I checked the orders and it said it shipped last month. I saw that the address used didn't include the second line for the address.

Are you the POC? My address is correct in my account but its only showing the first line. It shows that it was shipped Feb 9th.

Yes, I am the one who receives and tries to respond to the shop emails. I will be shipping again tomorrow so if you send your issue with first and last name (makes my life easier) I can see what is going on and can ship again in the mean time. Please also include the address to ship to so I can verify that it is 100% correct when I upload my shipping queue.

Hopefully we can get this sorted out quickly.

Hey not a lost question but finally convinced the wife it was a good idea to get season tickets, we missed a hand full but I have plenty to look forward to. My question is are 2016 memberships going to be available at next Saturday's match?

Yes, memberships will be for sale at games on the concourse behind sections 121-123.
