Sounders till I Die

General ECS talk.

Unread postby y_bato » Mon Jul 25, 2016 4:26:15 pm

I am following Ecs quite a while and love passion towards sounders that ecs bring on every game ( home / away) . I was just wondering when ECS going to raise voice against poor sounder performance. Are we still gonna sing sigi sigi sigi next week ??

My sincere apologies for ignorance if there been talk around it on ecs forum.

I will not be partaking in the Sigi, Sigi, Sigi chant.

Yup - Sigi has just been fired. (Incase the above was too subtle for some)

I feel we should actually do the Sigi cheer one last time for all he has done for the Sounders. Unless there is something going on I am not aware of, I don't blame Sigi for how this season is going - there seems to be a problem is all areas of the team right now from the top down.

EDIT: I won't do the cheer if the Capo doesn't initiate it, but if they do I will yell the Sigi, Sigi, Sigi chant with all my heart for the whole match to tell the FO there is more wrong with this organization than just the second most successful MLS coach in history being here. Other than that, I'll always give 1000000000000000000% to the men on that pitch wearing the badge.

This.

I would like us to do it one last time as a goodbye.

While I am in no way a #Sigiout, this is also our opportunity to welcome Schmetzer and support our team

Game day should be about supporting the team on the field, including the new coach, and moving forward. I have no doubt that we'll have the opportunity to thank Sigi for his service either at a game one day or at some other event.

It feels like I just broke up with a long term relationship. I love you Sigi but I guess it wasn't meant to be - thank you for all the good times.

(-_-)cry

I also agree with moving forward and supporting Brian.
As always I’m ready to give 1000000000000000000000% for the team this next match and every match thereafter until I die.

I'll always chant “Oi, Oi, Oi” for Sigi if he comes by the section, and I'm a bit adrift thinking we won't cheer him at the end of the starting XI on Sunday.

BUT, on Schmetzer's "first" game as head coach, I'll want to be 100% behind him and the team. BSRGA!
