Hi, I'm unable to check out at the store. I get a message unable to access paypal pro...too many requests. HELP
I've seen the number available drop in the store. Why am I unable to complete my purchase. Please Help, I don't want to miss my opportunity to Sing with ECS.
Endless attempts with the same message.
"Message
An error occurred. The connection to the PayPal Pro server could not be established: The requested URL returned error: 429 Too Many Requests"
Is anyone else having the same problem?
Problems checking out in store.

My friend has been having the same problem for the past 2 hours, its crazy how i got them first try

I'm a little glad to know I'm not the only one. I may be a bit upset if I'm unable to complete a purchase and the tickets sell out.

Same here. My son got in within 10 min. but I’m still trying. Ready to give up as it’s so frustrating!!!!

Frustrating, certainly. I'm willing to keep trying until the available number goes to zero or I hear from an admin.

I've tried EVERY single thing I can think of to try to get this transaction to go through. Different card, log in from my phone, clear cart and re add ticket, log in from different computer, reset account password, different browser....EVERY time I get the "...too many requests.." Error. The ticket remains in my cart but the transaction won't go through.
Has anyone gotten the error and then had success?

I Finally got a successful purchase. I gave it my full 120+ and it worked out. Can't wait to see you all Saturday, best of Luck to anyone still trying.

Lucky you...tried for 4 hours straight and got nothing. Now no stock. All I can hope for are some extras released.
