Here's a quick scouting report for you.

Mercer St is a solid team. They always finish in the top 4 and with Journeymen and Fusion gone, they are definitely a team to watch out for in the division. Also, this team does not like Blue. I'm not sure how much of that will be residual to you guys, but keep it in mind. We've beat them the last 3 times we played them but never by more than 1 goal and usually it's a comeback from behind win for us and once was in the playoffs on PK's.

Their main starting keeper is a hot head. He's also one of the better keepers in D4. He's gotten cards against us for cheap shots. Even got a red card once for clipping Anthony after a goal (Anthony was already running the opposite direction to celebrate). If you can get in his head w/o blowing up yourself, you can really get to him. He plays worse when really frustrated. He doesn't show up sometimes though and Sal is their backup.

Sal is really tall and has dark hair. Pretty easily recognizable. He's got a big boot and will take all their free kicks from their side of the pitch to close to the middle circle. Be sure to give him a few more yards back than you would for a normal kicker or you might have a runner sneak behind you. He's also got a good cross so watch out for those as he'll send them in from pretty far out.

Their forward can be a whiny bitch but is probably the best player on their team. Before and after the game he acts like your best friend. During though, he's mouthy and complains. He does also play a bit dirty. Watch out though as he has a few moves and decent handles on the ball. They usually play him by himself up top. More of a 4-5-1 formation.

Their LB is their weakest player on the team by far. He's slow and not very good on the ball. If you pressure him, he'll usually end up passing it right to one of your players. He's also slow to react to any through balls to his corner. Be sure to use that to your advantage.

Finally, this team lives and dies on set pieces. Against us about 75% of their goals come this way. Be sure to call out your marks early. They are good at sending the ball into the box on free kicks and corners. They even have a long thrower. He can get it easily within the 6 yard box from the attacking third.

To echo what Arthur said, go after their outside backs. They are the glaring weakness. Give em hell, I don't like these punks.
