Aren't you an FC player or do you get a waiver?

I am so when I say "should I play" I leave it as a decision for those that run pub league to make. Additionally, when I play pub league I do my best to ensure that I am playing at a level, or in a position, that is appropriate to the talent level we are facing. That way I act more as an extra body than an asset to said team.

How do I get involved with ECS PL? Where do you play/practice?
