My theory would be someone uploaded that image to that website to make a custom patch, and the website has fine print that says "we reserve the right to use images uploaded to us for advertising, etc".

I won't import the photo since it's pretty fucking big, but I went next door to the Bassnectar show after the match on Saturday and threw up my 2010 ECS scarf during the crowd shot. You can spot it right to the right of those three balloons in the middle.

I saw a guy on the Mukilteo to Whidbey ferry Saturday morning - I think the 10:30 boat - wearing an 09 ECS shirt. Also rode the island bus with him, but my wife didn't want me making friends with strangers since that embarrasses her and I obliged. Plus the guy had headphones in, which is supposedly the international symbol of 'leave me alone'.

Standing outside the barracks at YTC on saturday night in my 2012 ECS shirt, soldier in uniform walked by with a group, looked at my shirt and said "Go Sounders!" All I could respond with (in my more than slightly inebriated state) was "Oorah!" If that was you, sorry for the stupid response, and I'll get you a beer next time we're both at a match if you'd like.

two sightings this weekend.
friday after work, about 7pm, pretty sure it was Doc, walking north on first ave presumably coming from the ferry (where i was headed to pick up a friend), or i'd probably have stopped & offered ya a ride.

sunday afternoon at cal anderson, Mathew & I were kicking a ball around when Randall came walking by from the pick up game on the other side of the pitch.
