Just bought my airfare on Alaska for $305. When booking, remember that the Sounders play Thursday night AND Sunday at 1pm. My itinerary is below, will work pretty well for lots of partying all weekend (Friday with AO, Saturday with AO and pre-gaming with the ECS on Sunday. If others book the same flight, we should reserve a shuttle to/from LAX at the right times.

Alaska Airlines 462
Departs 12:45 pm Fri, Jun 24 Seattle, WA (SEA)
Arrives 3:25 pm Fri, Jun 24 Los Angeles (LAX)

Alaska Airlines 477
Departs 6:15 am Sun, Jun 26 Los Angeles (LAX)
Arrives 8:47 am Sun, Jun 26 Seattle, WA (SEA)

I am there too. USA vs. Mexico is a different experience.

I was at 2010 WC qualifier USA vs. Mexico in Columbus. American Outlaws parties are great:

Hit me up via pm if you plan on checking out the Gold Cup final.

Just started looking for tickets, American Outlaws will NOT be able to have a GA section for this because the games are run by concacaf not US Soccer.

How many are planning on going? I'd like to support with the other AO Seattle people who make the trip, so we should organize to buy tickets at the same time.

When are others planning on purchasing?

Match tickets are sold out for the supporters section. I'm hoping American Outlaws can work on US Soccer/Concacaf to get another block assigned

Please let me know ASAP if you're attending this match and I can get you a ticket in the supporters section with AO Seattle.

For those of us confident in a GC final appearance, the supporter section password for the final at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena is working again. Section 22-H. Get em while they last. Password is "stand". US fans only.

how are the 3rd place teams that advance determined? Just points? Group B/C 3rd place plays Mexico, and we'd have more points than the Group B 3rd place team.

If that's the case, we move on if we beat Guadeloupe, as we'll have 6 points (more than any other 3rd place team). And I think we're likely to finish 2nd since we beat Canada already.

If we limp in at 3rd place we have to play Mexico in the quarters.

Any other ECS going down for this? I'm flying down Friday night and back early Sunday morning to make the Sounders game. I've got tickets in the AO section 22-H and plan to hit the AO party friday and tailgate Saturday.

Wow the Rose Bowl was a complete clusterfuck on Saturday. Almost an hour wait just to get through the security line to get inside. Then it was just about impossible to get to our seats. When we finally did they were taken by mexico fans who refused to move and security was no help. People just stood packed in the aisles the whole game. We ended up just squeezing into an extra seat that we found a few rows up from where we were supposed to be. Every row near us had probably 10 more people in it than it was supposed to have. Totally surrounded by mexico fans, thankfully they were all really friendly and we had a good time minus the outcome of the game. I guess we were lucky, heard stories after the game from other USA supporters that had bottles thrown at them and beer dumped on them throughout the game.

Had a great time at the tailgate party with all the AO people and most of the Mexican fans we talked to were super cool. I'd estimate the crowd was 95% mexico 5% usa.
