Termination of Puerto Rican USL PRO Teams

USL Pro had a interesting division with 3 Puerto Rican and 1 Antigua teams. Then USL decided to add Los Angeles Blues to the International Division.

A lot of lower division soccer geeks were screaming, "What are you doing USL PRO!" Well here is the result...

This is a 3rd tier league. They have no business trying to run on a national level. It just doesn't make financial sense. It BARELY makes sense in the 2nd tier in this country.

The lower level leagues have a lot of learning to do.
