I guess it's 2012 thread time. Not MLS play, but an MLS team, so as good a time as any to get this thread rolling.

Toronto with a good display last night -

That is a good looking banner. Props to them!

That was pretty cool. I really liked the big rail banner at the top.

One complaint though. I find it incredibly annoying when I see streamers constanstly getting tossed on the field especially throw ins and corners. I just don't see the humor in pelting even Beckham with a paper streamer and then spend the next 5 minutes clearing them out of his way.

Here it is without having to click a link for the lazy.
Not bad, but kinda sad that mlssoccer.com said it "would go down among the best ever by a MLS supporters group"

Meh, they are just trying to hype it up. It's a hell of a quality banner though, imo.

Looks like North End Elite's work, quality as always.

Have to say, their end was a LONG ways away from the pitch.. must have been 30 meters or so behind the goal, thanks to canadian throwball dimensions.

its great design, but looking at it, its basically a large rail banner.

I like all the red and black. The upper banner is well done.

The lower one... looks like the FO did it, it looks professionally printed. And that makes me wonder, because the TFC logo/badge is tilted exactly the same way on both banners. Kind of... I dunno, just makes me wonder who's doing what for banners there.

They posted a making of/preview video of it on big soccer:

Looks pretty hand done.

I have to agree that it does look printed. The CCL logo (which is corny, btw, too corporate) is very well shaded for a group that almost never does any tifo.

I think it is, Rob- I think that's the lower rail banner.

I'm really hesitant to even question the authenticity of a group's display, given how many times we've had that accusation incorrectly thrown our way.

It's a very nice banner, though.
