Celebrate the first ever MLS Cascadia Match with the Brougham Block Party!
The historic Cascadia rivalry between the Portland Timbers, Vancouver Whitecaps, and Seattle Sounders makes a triumphant rise to Major League Soccer on Saturday, May 14, as the Seattle Sounders host the Portland Timbers at Qwest Field.
To celebrate the first of these derby matches, The Emerald City Supporters, with their partner, Fuel Sports Bar, will host the Brougham Block Party. Located at the corner of Occidental Avenue and South Washington Street, this 21+ event will feature beer garden, food and full bar, ECS membership and merchandise tables, special appearances by The Jäger Girls, and raucous chants and songs led by ECS capos. Festivities begin at 3 p.m. and all Sounders fans (21 and over) are encouraged to stop by, mingle, eat, drink and sing.

We will have two membership tables for this match. One in Fuel and one in Temple Billiards.

This year we will go back to leading the March to the Match. It’s our baby and it’s damn time we take it over. Be out in Occidental Park by 18:45 and help us get on our way by 19:00!
