Why does the picture on the ECS homepage say kickoff is @1930?

Pardon my ignorance, but I couldn't find this information anywhere. I understand there are two legs for this, but do away goals count double (UEFA CL style) in case there's a tie, or will it go to extra time and penalties if no-one comes out on top?

it's aggregate and away goals don't mean anything. Extra-time if tied on aggregate.

remember, this is mls - where goals scored is weighted above goal differential.

Emphasis mine:
The play-in winner will play their respective conference regular season champion in the conference semifinals, which will be a two-leg aggregate series, without the away goals rule enforced. For the first time in MLS Cup Playoffs history, each Conference Championship, or semifinal round in the general scheme of the tournament, will also be a two-leg aggregate series, as opposed to the traditional single eliminated leg. The MLS Cup championship will still remain a single match, but the team with the stronger regular season record will host the final at their home venue.

I completely missed that part of the article, thanks for the reactions! A few associations in Europe have been mixing up rules on all kinds of tournaments (I guess with the game being less likely to go into extra time, it won't mess up the tv-schedules quite as often), so I thought I'd better ask ;)

except in our case, MLS changes the rules every year... so even longtime fans don't know what's going on half the time :D

Hell, MLS itself doesn't know what's going on half the time.
