Yeah probably not going to go too well for SSFC. If Villa is out though it definitely helps us.

any little bit helps, but there's plenty of quality on Tigres' bench. Heck their second XI would probably do quite well in Liga MX

Do away goals matter in CCL? For some reason I had it in my head they didn't.

EDIT: Looked it up, I knew CCL was weird. Away goals are a tie-breaker, but only at the END of extra time. So, an away goal can prevent PKs, but it can't prevent extra time.

It is the other way round. Away goals count after regulation, but not after extra time.

Yeah, you're right. Away goals can prevent extra time from happening, but don't count once extra time starts. (Which makes a good deal more sense than what I misinterpreted it as easlier)

The optimist in me is trying to think this way. To be honest I think that even a 2-0 result for us would still give us a decent chance as I think we will have a clear advantage for the home leg.
