Printing Tickets on Account Manager

Any idea why this option not available on account manager? Epic fail for match day morning and needing to distribute my tickets. Clinched my teeth when I selected match pass over hard tickets, not what I want to be screwing with on the morning of the match.

Heard on twitter you can email forward the tickets to yourself and then print them out. HTH

I printed one of my tickets out 2 days ago now problem .
Right off my account manager. I noticed last year on game days the site gets way slower with a lot more people using it.
It now says printed file required for entry.
and you might be right. It also seems to be I can only sell the other ticket or forward it on.
