Me neither. Rapids are on a tear, and we look average at best.

Ozzie, Oba and potentially B-Rad being available helps though

Screw that. It's a lose-lose if you proclaim a future loss. I will be chanting 253 tomorrow and I'll bet on it. :)

well... I guess it could have been worse, but given what the west is this year, you have to take 3 points from the rapids at home.

Rapids showed little interest in attacking, so it sucks to concede on an atrocious goalkeeping error. One point is the absolute maximum they deserved on the day.

Suddenly our outside MF went from a strength with perhaps too many options, to virtually none at all. Not enough creativity nor pace out there with what we have right now. Goals were really only going to come through individual effort/runs or goalmouth scrambles such as what we saw with Yedlin.

Chivas USA all of a sudden doesn't look the automatic three points and a haircut that it used to *sigh*

Hurtado could have helped out by doing more than stand there and wave his arms at his mark, too.

His job in that situation is to get out of the way of his goalkeeper, who should have claimed it without a fuss. Not his fault.

not to mention the colorado attacker didn't even need to head the ball in. It would have been an olympico anyway due to Weber missing it entirely.

Agreed. 4th string keeper...

That being said Weber has potential. It's tough to jump into RBP that quickly.

You know he's played here before, right?

I like Weber, I think he's a decent backup generally, but that was a howler.

He is also 29 years old. Not a bad age for a keeper at all, but to think there's some untapped potential there would be foolish.

I mischose my words. Instead of potential it's more like he needs to get used to MLS play again. We threw him in there pretty quick after the sign.

It sucks that Marcus isn't healthy. This is exactly when we need him and he's a damn good keep.
