Is there any major differences on the prefunk venues? A certain crowd at each?

Just a first-timer trying to optimize my match day experience :)

Makes sense. Just figured they would have some ability to keep selling at the gates as match time gets closer. Would cut out the ability for the scalpers to rob folks.

Have to take Camilo out of the game. If we can do that our chances will improve substantially.

Being a Wed night game is a big factor, IMO. Weeknight games and even Sunday night games tend to be a bit thinner than Saturday. I didn't think this was an 'full stadium' event, but wanted to confirm, since I knew it was part of the match pack and the MP last season was for the full stadium events.

@ Zoom - You'll want to park 4-5+ blocks away from the stadiums to avoid crowd traffic and street traffic. I avoid all that by taking the light rail; less stress and cheaper. Plus its only a 3 block walk to Fuel from the transit tunnel.

Looks like Mattocks is indeed heading to the Jamaican team, so there's that.

Do I understand this correctly;
Zack is red carded, Evens and EJ are away, Oba is still toast with his hip, Deuce is still hamstringed.... Wednesday really looking this thin?

As of today:
Dempsey is expected to be in the 18 (reading between the lines, he probably won't start). Martins and Traore should be ok to go.

That's based on media reports from training that just got out.

Others have mentioned these points already, but it's a mid week match and there is generally less of a demand for mid week tickets. They decided to open up the stadium against LA for the match a few weeks from now. I'm not sure that they've ever tried to do two open stadium matches in one month before, but there would probably be less demand. Also, I hadn't seen mentioned yet, but they did open up the stadium against Vancouver back in June of this year.

Additionally, besides being a weekend match, the June VAN match (as well as the 10/27 LAG match) are part of a ticket package that they promoted and I'm sure some fringe fans bit on the $15 per ticket offering to see a bump in attendance.

Yea, on the 'opened' matches, it's a pretty sweet deal if you don't mind sitting nosebleed. I snagged 2 from a LivingSocial deal for $20ea for the Chelsea friendly. Lots of people there that would normally never go. But hey, as long as there's people willing to go see a match, I'm all for it. Keep growin the sport!

Andy Rose has absolutely no concept of team's defensive shape. He ball watches more than the U14 boys I coach.
