$202.80 r/t SEA>DEN leaving Friday morning 4/17 (AS674) and returning Monday morning 4/20 (AS685) using discount code EC5315 on top of Alaska's current travel Tuesday deal. Wasn't planning on making the Denver trip again but that's just stupid cheap and I know good people will be there even if there's no match. Can't go wrong in Denver.

So if you booked the same flights I mentioned above for $202.80 last week, they just dropped to $179.41 on Alaska.

You can go here to get a credit for the difference ($23.39 for me) which you can apply towards a future flight purchase:

That must have been a short-lived fare sale? The fare is now showing $196.20. And the airfare credit page is giving me an error when I try to my last name and confirmation number. Good looking out though!

EDIT: Hmmm... when i plug in the discount code it shows $179.41. I'm going to try calling cust svc to claim my credit as soon as I'm off this conf call.

EDIT2: I has the dumb. The error I was getting was becasue I booked my flights via EasyBiz, and I wasn't logged in to EasyBiz when trying to get the credit.

EDIT3: On the downside, it looks like they weren't joking on those Terms & Conditions for the credit. It looks like I've been yanked from the upgrade waitlist. Lame.

It will only temp yank you from the comp upgrade list and add you back like you just booked it for the first time, so it slides you down in the queue, yes. but, saving $23.39, still having 17A both ways and still being back on the upgrade list is more than worth it to me :P

Sure enough, the upgrade waitlist wasn't showing on my itin on the EasyBiz site. But I'm seeing it now on the main Alaska. Nice.

Also: 6D is the rockstar of the main cabin. If you're into aisle seats that is.

I like 6A/F personally, but either way, definitely the best row.

It does. But I prefer to see it more as an explicit demarcation between my seat and your seat. You stay over there; I'll stay over here. Plus, the beverage & snack trollies don't roll past row 6. So fewer bumped elbows and shoulders for those on the aisle. And let's not forget the sneaky, cheaty, easy access to the FC lav.

I'm flying down on Thursday on Alaska and coming back Sunday on Frontier (Which sucks, but it was cheap.) Whats going down in Denver? I haven't been since I was 18, so I'm really excited to hit up some breweries and watch some soccer.

FYI: tickets for this match are now on-sale in the ECS store. Tickets are $20 apiece for members, and $22 for non-members.

We'll also be hosting a pre-match tailgate. You can add the tailgate for an additional $10 per person when buying your match tickets.

What are the tailgates like for away games?

I'm a big time Husky football tailgater, so I'm curious what goes down for Sounder away games.

It depends entirely on the subgroup hosts, but as a husky football tailgater, your expertise would be highly valuable!
