Finally I do have the URL below.

I was able to get a block of 10 rooms at the Denver Marriott City Center, located at 1701 California Street, Denver CO 80202 for $143 + tax a night. There is a block of 10 for Fri 4/22 & Sat 4/23 and a block of 5 for Sun 4/24. Reservations must be made by Monday 3/28/16, Monkey edit to 4/4 we were given an extension.

MAKING RESERVATIONS
A dedicated website is now available for your attendees to book their hotel rooms online. Booking Website:
https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mo ... n=74519138

Even though it is stated from 4/22-4/23 you there are a couple rooms available for the night of 4/24/16.

For those staying somewhere near a light rail line in Denver, quite exciting news... Their extension to the airport conveniently opens on April 22! http://www3.rtd-denver.com/elbert/news/ ... fm?id=7605

For those who are getting in on Friday, who is interested in going to the Colorado Rockies game vs LA Dodgers on 4/22? A fair amount of $6 seats are still available.

I'm not on the monkey mail for this as I will be out in GenPop with all the Rapids fans...but if there is a tailgate I wouldn't be against seeing you all in the parking lot.

Hi ECS!

I'm thinking about driving to this match, it's about 11 hrs off my road trip route but figure what the heck!

How does this stadium feel about 3.5' PVC poles and 3x5' flags going through the gates?

I have room for a few flag poles and BFFs (same size I drove to Rio Tinto Stadium) but no drum this time.

I'm coming in from Omaha. I'm staying at the Radisson or Country Inns & Suites, the reservations haven't been made yet. Heartland Horde will be there. I'll have some Heartland Horde swag with me.

What's the scoop on flags, meetup location, etc? I'm attending a mini reunion for my school on the 22nd (why a school in Germany picked Denver and those days, I don't know - but I'm glad they did) so no-can-do on meeting that day. Also, I just don't like baseball.

Will not know full supporter exemptions allowed until after supporter call Tues morning.

How does one get in on that? From a Heartland Horde perspective.

Betzi, was that question directed at me about flags/poles/etc? I assume Antiei30 meant next Tues they will know. I’m just going to bring my poles/flags since I’ll already be on the road by Tues.

I have a question about tickets. I was told recently that I needed to PRINT tickets purchased through the ECS Store, but I will be on the first leg of a three week road trip with no printer - Do I need to print my tickets out for this match, or can I show the tickets on my phone? Please tell me ASAP, tickets sales end on the 15th.

You will need to print your ticket just like everyone else will :) Your ticket will be sent via Monkey Mail approximately three days before the match and if you don't there are NO guarantees that Colorado will accept a mobile ticket.

Our car is full but you can ride out to the stadium from 2 pubs in Denver. Three Lions and Bulldog have supporters buses but it's not really a huge deal here. People have taken them before.

Also we will have 2 kegs from Cerberus Brewing in the Springs. Bring some cash for a donation and also there will be a grill going. I have two poles if I need to bring them.
