The buyer, and only the buyer, with ID, can pickup the tickets.
If you bought both under your name, you should be able to pickup both tickets.

As long as you purchased both tickets, you can pick up both. We do not require the second person to be present to pick up the tickets as they are the responsibility of the purchaser

Hello Away Travelers!

You are going to the MLS Cup Final. Let that sink in because I remember the beginning of this season, even the middle of this season and who would have thought we would be here now? "We're not finished yet!" If you are new to traveling with the ECS welcome! You might even be a longer time ECS member but you don't know all the how or whys of what we like to bring to our supporter section, I would suggest you check out this forum thread https://www.weareecs.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5846 that will give you a better explanation of how we plan to run our supporter section. This thread may be from back in 2009, but it still applies to today.

Back to the matter at hand, you might be nervous about the weather and your travel arrangements, I find that when I'm nervous or extra hype I can't focus. What I need you to do though is take a deep breath, find a quiet place and read all of the information we have provided to you below. If you have questions, I would suggest reading the information below again. Most likely the answer to your questions is in the information provided below. If you still have questions, after thoroughly reading this email please post your questions in this forum thread. Over the next few days many of us who can answer your questions will also be traveling just like you. Posting your questions in the forums allows all your fellow travelers to see your questions and the answers to those questions. It also allows the group of volunteers including travel monkeys and ECS leadership to be able to respond to your questions.

One more reminder to all of you about the weather. It has been cold here in Seattle for the last couple of days. This cold in Seattle is nothing to what we will all experience when in Toronto. Add the wind chill factor it will be a lot colder than your weather reports will tell you. Make sure you are prepared and dress appropriately for the weather.

I was going to write an extra hype introduction, but if you are just like me you are already hyped and ready to support our boys for 90+ because we are on the edge of completing what we dream of every year when the season begins. We are all making sacrifices to not only just be in the stadium while our boys fight for MLS Cup, but to affect the outcome of this match. This is why I travel https://www.weareecs.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=21268. The Sounders made a neat informational guide and we have attached it to this email (in the bottom of this entry) for your reference.

I wish everyone safe travels and will see you all in Toronto. Let's bring home the trophy and finish this!

Here is everything you and your new best friends need to know for this match day:

Your TORONTO Away MLS CUP Ticket(s) to stand with the Emerald City Supporters for the match on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 8:00 PM EST at BMO Field in Toronto are not attached to this email!

If you already picked up your ticket at The Ninety today- your ticket is now your responsibility. We have no way to replace it if you lost it, it gets stolen or you forget it.

If you have not yet picked up your ticket here are the three opportunities you will have in TORONTO to pick up your ticket. You will need to pick up your ticket at one of these locations or times.

Toronto, ON M5J 1G2

The Loose Moose opens at 11:00am on Saturday. It is 19+ after 6:00 PM but allows youth under the age of 19 during daytime hours.

Transportation from Prefunc to the Stadium 5:00-5:55PM:
At 5:00 PM, we will pay our tabs and head to catch transit. We will be taking the Lakeshore West (LW) Go Train from Union Station to Exhibition Station. Union Station is across the street from Loose Moose so either walk over with us as a group, or if you’re not going to the pre-func meet us shortly after 5:00 PM at Union Station.

The train we’re taking to Exhibition Station leaves at 5:35 PM, so we’re leaving the pub early enough because even though we remind you to BUY TICKETS BEFORE ARRIVING, people don’t read this and we’ll have to wait for half the crew to purchase. So leave the pub early, buy a ticket beforehand or with everyone else, and join us on the 5:35 pm train. It is scheduled to arrive at Exhibition Station at 5:55 PM. Did you buy a return ticket? You should probably do that now too, as the train is a scrum after the match. Tickets are CA $5.30 each way.

Join the train, jump and sing. Enjoy the ride.

We will group together and then walk to Gate 1B for stadium entry.

If you choose to drive and park your car, it is suggested that you Park in Lot #3. Parking is on a first-come first serve basis, at a cost (appox. $30.00). You must still meet our group at 6:00 PM at Gate 1B for stadium entry.

Stadium Entry:

ECS Tifo Crew will enter the stadium at 5:30 PM to give them time to setup.

ECS as a group will enter the stadium at 6:00 PM at Gate 1B. You will be patted down and wanded. Specifically, we were warned that if any person is found to have alcohol or smoke on their persons when searched- they will be denied entry into the stadium and their tickets revoked.

Expect any bags you are carrying will be checked by security. Bag size is limited to 14x14x6.

Gametime Expectations:
Emerald City Supporters is a supporter group. That's important to remember. Our reason for being at the match is to spur our boys on toward victory; everything else is secondary.
• Our section will be Section 203 and 204, Rows 25 and up, FO tickets are in the sections in front of us. Our section (Rows 25 and up) will be treated as General Admission; we do not enforce seat assignments tifo, capos, the drum, and security will be in front few rows. Everyone else is invited to stand where they feel most comfortable.
• Participation is encouraged. We'll have song cards so you can sing, chant, and go mental right along with us. Don't worry if you don't know all the words, just follow along the best you can and your support will be felt!
• There may be times where you can't see as well as you might like due to flags and tifo. We like to wave flags. Even during the run of play sometimes. We feel like it's an important part of showing the boys our support. If a flag is in your way, and you don't like it - please feel free to change seats. That's part of why we do GA, so you're not stuck in an uncomfortable spot.
• Friends or family in other MLS team gear or colors will not be allowed to stand with us. If you or someone in your group is wearing colors of another MLS team, they will be asked to remove those items. If they refuse, we will try to have your group reseated. If the stadium staff cannot accommodate a reseating, then your group will be asked to leave.
• Please, do not engage in any way with home fans, this is a very important match and tensions on both sides may be high. Security will keep them at bay; there's no need to engage in any wordplay, taunting, threats, etc. If you have an issue, notify ECS Security, Travel Monkey, or stadium staff.

The following supporter group exemptions were approved:
• 2- Megaphones
• 36” Drum including mallets
• 80- pieces of 1/2” PVC in 6’ lengths for 2-poles
• 40- 2-pole banners for the pvc to be presented in-person for inspection
• 6-telescoping 12’ flagpoles that breakdown to 6’ for entry
• 6- 8’x10’ flags for the large flagpoles
• 12- 5’x5’ flags with ½” pvs poles
• 20- roles of thin plastic vinyl table roll
• 400 1’x 1’ colored vinyl flags with attached plastic flagstick
• 1- rail banner to be zip-tied to fencing at the back of the section
• 400- 5”x6” printed song cards with the lyrics to our songs (no profanity) to be passed out to Sounders fans only
• 1- 60’ x 20’ overhead banner

Please note Single BFF expandable flag poles 16’ or 20’ and are not approved. Again as a reminder if you bring personal tifo items as described above they will need to be handed over to our tifo crew no later than 5:00 PM at the pre-func. You will then be able to pick your items up when you arrive in the stadium.

Postgame egress will be results orientated and dictated by stadium security. You can expect our entire section could be held up to 30 minutes or more. We will notify the group of our postgame plans at the stadium.

My wife and I had a trip to Buffalo already booked for this weekend, so we land in Buffalo at 2:30 PM on 12/10. Due to our arrival time, I'm not sure we can make it to the pre-func location by 5:00, so is it possible to meet the group at the gate before we go into the stadium and get our tickets then? Or is there another option for picking up our tickets? Thanks!

Hi travel monkeys, thanks for your hard work on this.

I'm planning to bring my own 2-pole banner- just the fabric part. Is the tifo team bringing all of the PVC listed above or do I need to bring 2 pvc for myself to give to tifo with my banner for entry? I'm assuming the former but want to make sure.

MLS Cup Toronto Away 12/10/16- Third Notice

An email that the travel monkey sends to away travelers not in the middle of the night, we must be getting closer. I am attaching to this email (attached below) a form that we learned would be required for all ticket purchasers to sign from the Sounders.

A better explanation of how we learned of this request and how we decided to handle it is posted here https://www.weareecs.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=28453 in the ECS Insider Forum. The gist is one person in our group signed it for everyone. This means you individually do not have to sign this form. But you should read it. That one person will be the scapegoat if anything goes wrong in our section. Don't give them a reason to sacrifice this person we are fond of this person.

Some of you took the form when you picked up your ticket in Seattle or didn't. Some of you may have read it.

The rest of you will be picking up your tickets at one of three pickups in Toronto. We are guessing you don't want to have to carry around paper when you pick up in Toronto- neither do I want to travel with 200+ of these documents we are required to give to you. Easiest solution, I am attaching this required document to this email. Feel free to read it in your own time.

There is a post literally on this page that explains this.

Some of the tickets the Sounders distributed are in different sections away from 203/204. Any chance post-match activities can be tweeted and/or posted here after match?

They will be tweeted as long as our phones are not dead.
