3/9/18 Monkey Update: We have been working through some issues on this match. I had previously tweeted we hoped to have this match on sale by tomorrow 3/9/18 at noon. But due to the issues we are not prepared to place this match on sale yet. Good news it is not until September so we still have plenty of time.

3/12/18 Monkey Update: We have finally worked through the issues on this match and tickets will be available starting today. They will initially be limited to 2 per membership. Please make sure you read the full purchase description page as tickets will be in-person pick up only.

8/27/18 Monkey Update: We are going to continue to sell even though our deadline was today because we have not heard back from LAG. We will likely only have the allotment that is left in the store but will update when we hear from them.

Not at all. Open currently to ECS members. On store page scroll down to categories. Select travel and you will see all away trips available including LAG Away.

Sounds like a good excuse to get to SoCal in September.

How many tickets have been sold for this? Seems like there were a lot left in the store......

Though one less; gifting myself an early birthday present and going.

StubHub Center is close to...nothing. You'll need to drive, though the Galaxy are sponsoring transportation from Long Beach to the Stadium. That is a good option if you decide you don't want to drive. More information can be found here. Once you get to the stadium, we will have a dedicated area for a no host tailgate. More info about the tailgate will come in the Monkey Mail.

Any thoughts on whether this is a good idea for traveling support? I'm figuring out logistics to get two or three monkeys travelling, and don't know the area very well. Trying to decide where to stay and whether to rent a car.

Honestly your best bet it to rent a car. Most of the time I have found its ridiculously cheap in LA to do so.

That is a horrendous idea. Don't take the home team's shuttles. It will put you and yours into crappy situations.

I cannot make the trip this year, but seeing this discussion, I want to toss out that it was a $19 Lyft from DTLA to the StubHub Center last year. Had to wait a bit after the game for a ride back, but it was still cheaper than renting a car, paying for parking at the game and at the hotel for however many nights. Something to consider.

Yea that's kind of what I suspected. I was surprised to see this suggestion on the store page

Any hotels recommended for the LAG area? never been to stubhub, but from the looks of things...looks like its in a residential area? No bigtime hotels in this area, unless my Google maps, is wrong.
