So Morocco it is!! For some reason I can’t change the title of this thread!! Looking at the tournament from 2014 it looks like games were held in both Marrakech and Rabat. Will likely fly into Marrakech and then do a 3-day excursion and depending on what happens, will try to hit Fes.

I booked my flight to Marrakech! I arrive on Friday Feb 3rd ~15:25 via Air France 1276 and CDG. I have booked 1 room w a queen bed through Feb 5 (can cancel). I didn’t want to book more nights because I’d like to take an excursion before the semis or have the flexibility to tour the country generally. Also I’m guessing the quarter final games may be in another city so the hotel plans will have to change.

Booking a flight to Marakech this weekend, I've been to Marakecsh before and I didn't see where the soccer stadium was, but I was mostly in the Medina and not on the newer developed areas outside.

The quarter finals will likely be held on the 4-5, semis 7-8, final 11th.

Phew, the other options for this could have been so much worse. I don't get to go to matches much anymore since moving to the Netherlands (last one was the 2019 MLS cup) and never dared to hope the next one would be at the CWC. But pretty much anywhere in Morocco is a cheap <4h flight from Amsterdam so I've really got no choice do I?

What info do you have that the games will be in Marrakesh? Everything I've read indicates Casablanca/Rabat is a more likely location... AND considering the hotels in Casablanca " are nearly sold out" within a couple hours today indicates this may be true.
