Anyone Want to Help Design the SSE Patch for ECS Scarf?

We have the logo but we need a simplified version for a patch. These are the types of patches to sew on the ECS Scarf or attach it to garments and let everybody know who/what you are representing.

If you want a simplified version of the logo, this should get us started...

Suggestions, ideas?

The tri-bar diagonal stripes was exactly what I was thinking the first time I saw our logo.

Thanks for the quick graphic design.

Good deal, it seems we have enough people interested to put in an order. I have put in a word to the ECS leadership (Drephe/Fuzzy) in charge of merchandise to get some advice and vendor contacts. Any other tips about size/materials cost estimates are welcome.

If we push this we should be able to get some for the opener/New York game? seem feasible?

Where exactly are you thinking of putting this? Want it to be uniform...

The nice thing about this years scarf is its pretty open for patches on the one side, I'd say put it just above SSFC or ECS.

How will this work then?
Will we have to buy this seperate and put it on our scarves later? Or if we renewed our membership for 2011 and selected SSE it will come with this patch already on it when they ship?

I like the patch design as well.

SubGroups sell the patches separate, it is up to the individual to sew them on. Check out an ASG scarf. They have their own scarves but every person affixed whatever service affiliations they like, some have multiple patches.

Also, the patches aren't just for scarves, I have a normal hoodie with an ECS patch on one shoulder I'll probably put an SSE patch on the other.

Dig it - one thing to decide is if you want them to be iron-on or if you want to sew them on. I prefer sewing because it's more permanent and requires more commitment to put it on. Seems like it means more if you have to work for it, you know?

Iron-on is also more $$

Nice use of the word commitment, I would agree. I have never been a fan of the iron-on variety.

The 2.2 x 2.8, looks a little small, especially if it is to be added to a scarf. If it went up to 2.6x3.3 I think it would show better.
