How to watch games on the east coast

Hey Y'all,

I recently moved back to NYC after being in Seattle for a while. I am trying to figure out how to watch games but am struggling unless they are online on ESPN. Prime won't work outside of Washington and trying to watch over a family member's cable account online doesn't work unless connected to their home wifi. Any suggestions for how y'all watch the games outside of Washington State?
