What has quickly become a tradition in Seattle, the streets of Pioneer Square will again be filled with revelry, as the Seattle Sounders FC face off against their Cascadia rivals the Vancouver Whitecaps at Century Link Field.

To continue celebrating the 10th season of the Cascadia Cup, the Emerald City Supporters, with their partner, Fuel Sports Bar, will host another Brougham Block Party. Located at the corner of Occidental Avenue and South Washington Street, this 21+ event will feature a large beer garden, food and full bar, ECS membership and merchandise tables, and raucous chants and songs. Festivities begin at 1 p.m. and extra restroom facilities will make this a comfortable party venue for all Sounders fans (21 and over).

sooo between reds, injury & nat's call ups...who's left of the "starting XI" ?

horrible timing for a derby match. I hope whoever fills in, plays better than they did in floriday

Gspurning | Yedlin - Hurtado - Traore - Gonzalez | (Estrada/Zakuani) - Carrasco - Rose - Rosales | Neagle - Ochoa

That's my guess. Not thrilled. Unsure about Zak's health.

Groin injury apparently. Was during practice, or something, didn't take him off the field.

I also wonder if it might be a Tiffert-style "knock" that just so happens to take him off the pitch until the transfer window re-opens.

That's crossed m minds as well in the last couple of weeks. His whole injury is "muted" when they talk about it.

He had a calf or groin, can't remember which, then he hurt himself again w/surgery needed. (Or, what Yoda said. :) )

ok, good to hear that. i hope he's on the pitch and burning past defenders soon.

hopefully this lineup doesn't resemble the USOC one...

we'll probably have two academy kids in MF at this rate. Wonder if Sigi would put Ianni to play directly in front of the back four... seem to recall him playing there once or twice a couple years ago.

If Vancouver don't take advantage of this, they're never going to win a cascadia match in our lifetimes. It's completely stacked for them, especially if Martins doesn't get that ridiculous card overturned.

Boys are going to need us at our absolute mental best Saturday... any old ugly result will do.

So not optimistic on the red card thing. It's crazy to see how something can spill from a couple of nagging injuries or a man or two down to this, when combined with USMNT, et al.

Here's to a solid show from the XI, no matter who they are.
