Nothin but suits and evening gowns in the ecs. Casuals not in our vocabulary.

For a more serious answer to OP, no, casual culture does not really exist in America. Still, there are people in the ECS that tend to dress a bit more nicely for matches than in a t-shirt or a replica Sounders jersey.

he's talking about actually dressing in the casual styles...lacoste, sherman, perry, tachini, adidas, stone island. proper football gear
