Away Tickets via "Monkey Mail"

General ECS talk.

Hi Everyone,
This is our first time going to an away game (so freaking excited to crush the Whitecaps) and purchasing tickets through the ESC (3rd year members). In the details of purchasing our tickets, it said to expect them via "Monkey Mail'. Can someone please tell me what Monkey Mail is, I have never heard this term before.

Can't wait for the game on 3/30.... GO SOUNDERS!!!!!!

"Monkey Mail" is an email from the Travel Monkeys sent to the email address listed on your store/member profile. It'll typically contain your match tickets (in .pdf format for downlaod & printing), and all the relevant information you need for matchday (e.g. schedule, pre-func location, security requirements, etc.).

Hooch, thank you so much for the info! I will keep a look out in my email for the tickets.

If you use twitter, follow ECSTravelMonkey and they'll tweet when the email is sent (usually a few days before the match) which will also let you know to look in spam/junk folders if you didn't get the email.

Please note that this year we will not be having emailed tickets, but you must pick up the physical tickets. An email was sent out yesterday detailing this, but I wanted to make sure that change gets maximum exposure.
